3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellation and rescheduling options depend on the turfs individual policy.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of advance payments.
• In rare cases (e.g., weather, maintenance), the turf owner may cancel or move your booking. In such cases, you will be notified and offered alternatives where possible.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information while creating an account or making a booking.
• Arrive on time and follow all rules and regulations of the turf.
• Use the facilities responsibly and avoid causing damage to property.
• Any misconduct, abusive behaviour, or violation of turf rules may result in booking cancellation and/or account restrictions.

5. Platform Role & Liability

• Turfio primarily acts as a booking platform connecting players and turf owners.
• The responsibility for turf quality, on-ground experience, and local rules lies with the turf owner.
• Turfio is not liable for personal injuries, losses, or damages incurred during play.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
