Delete your Turfio account

You can delete your account from this page. Deletion disables your login, removes active device/session tokens, and anonymizes personal account details from the active user profile.

What gets deleted

  • Your active login access and remembered sessions.
  • Your app authentication tokens and push notification device tokens.
  • Your active profile name, email, and mobile number are anonymized.
  • Marketing and optional app communication to the deleted account stops.

What may be retained

  • Booking, payment, invoice, refund, tax, dispute, and fraud-prevention records where legally required.
  • Support messages needed to resolve an open complaint or payment issue.
  • Aggregated analytics that no longer identify you personally.

How deletion works

Login to the account you want to delete. This prevents someone else from deleting your account.

Confirm with your current password and type DELETE.

Turfio disables login, clears active sessions and device tokens, and anonymizes active profile details.

To protect your account, login first and then return to this page to delete your account. If you cannot login, contact support from the same email or mobile number used on the account.

Personal profile details are anonymized, but booking, payment, invoice, refund, tax, and dispute records may be retained where required for operations or law.

Yes. Active sessions, app tokens, and push device tokens are removed. Service messages for unresolved payment or support issues may still be handled by support if legally or operationally required.

Deleted accounts cannot be restored from the app. You can create a new account with your mobile number after deletion is complete.
